A Global Metro Conference: A new economic agenda for cities and metropolitan areas
09/06/2011On Thursday, 8th June, ESADE welcomed some of the world's foremost thinkers to gain new perspective on the role cities should play in overcoming the economic crisis. This global metropolitan conference, which was held under the banner "A New Economic Agenda for Cities and Metropolitan Areas", featured the participation of Javier Solana (ESADEgeo), Bruce Katz (Brookings), Joan Clos (UN-HABITAT), Greg Clark (OECD) and Jordi Hereu (acting mayor of Barcelona).
