How can talent management contribute to promoting innovation in business? The second Innovarh report presents the findings of a study that answers this question. It emphasises the need to manage ambidextrous organisations capable, at the same time, of exploiting knowhow, minimising errors and exploring new avenues without fear of failure. To do this, greater flexibility in managing talent is needed; but not indiscriminately. Rather, this should be applied to areas where innovation makes sense from a business standpoint. This pioneering study in the field represents the consolidation of work and research carried out by Innovarh since 2009. Innovarh is a project created by leading innovative companies which, led by senior executives and under academic supervision from ESADE, aims to analyse the latest trends in talent management and explore future trends in this area.
