The Comparative Labor Law Dossier (CLLD) in issue 3/2015 of IUSLabor is dedicated to Social Security incentives and the prevention of occupational hazards. Specifically, it analyses the bonus-bonus and bonus-malus scheme in the legal systems of France, Germany and Spain. Without detriment of recommending our readers the reading of the dossier, following are the 10 main conclusions drawn from the analysis. Furthermore, we have elaborated a summary table with the most relevant issues regarding Social Security contributions and incentives to risk prevention in the workplace in the different legal systems analyzed in this issue of IUSLabor.
